Viewing candidates overdue for initial contact
This guide will show you how to view and export a list of referrals/candidates who are deemed overdue for their initial response/contact. They will be deemed overdue if they have not been contacted within 1 working day of the initial enquiry being received.
Step 1: Head to the candidate area of the portal and then click on 'Show me':
💡Top tip! If you do not have the 'show me' option then there are no overdue candidates.
Step 2: A list of all overdue candidates will appear. You can now filter these candidates or export the list:
To return to the full list of candidates simply click on the X next to the filter:
