# Viewing candidates overdue for initial contact

This guide will show you how to view and export a list of referrals/candidates who are deemed overdue for their initial response/contact. They will be deemed overdue if they have not been contacted within 1 working day of the initial enquiry being received.

**Step 1:** Head to the **candidate area** of the portal and then click on '**Show me**':

💡**Top tip!** If you do not have the 'show me' option then there are no overdue candidates.

**Step 2:** A list of all overdue candidates will appear. You can now filter these candidates or export the list:

To **return to the full list of candidates** simply **click on the X** next to the filter:
