One option is to promote a launch prize draw with the chance to win one of multiple bonus points prizes, for example, ten prizes of 50 bonus points. **Managing a launch prize draw - a step-by-step guide** **Step 1:** At the end of your two-week launch phase, head to the **'App users'** section in the left-hand menu of your portal screen. From there, it's **'Manage'** in the top tabs. To do this go to **'Sort & Filter'** in the top right of the spreadsheet > **'Filter'** in the drop-down menu > In **column E**, click the down arrow next to **'Status'** > Un-tick **'select all'** and tick **'registered'** This will filter your list to just show those who are registered. **Step 4**: Use an online name picker to pick out your winners. **Step 5:** Back in your portal, set up a new bonus points category by heading to the **bonus points section** and then clicking on the '**Categories**' tab. Then click '**Add category**' on the right. Click **Next** to continue. You can also add an image by clicking on '**browse**' in the image box. Then click **Finish**.
