# In-app leaderboard

The in-app leaderboard showcases the total number of shares, referrals and starters that you and your colleagues have generated via the app, either monthly or all-time.

It’s a way to create some healthy competition within your organisation and encourage further sharing between you and your colleagues. Can you aim to become top of the leaderboard? 🥇🥈🥉

**Step 1:** Click on the **chart icon** at the bottom of the home screen:

To filter between monthly and all-time data, click **This month/All time** at the top and select from the menu:

If your organisation has sites, click **Individuals,** and you'll have the option to filter individuals, or sites and totals for each will display:

Click on **Shares** and select from the following menu options:

It may be that your organisation has set all app users to display as anonymous. If this is the case, your leaderboard will display like this:
