# How to make yourself anonymous on the leaderboard

It is really easy to make yourself appear anonymously on the app leaderboard, this step-by-step guide will show you how.

**Step 1:** From your home screen click on the **person** icon in the top left corner:

This will take you to your profile.

**Step 2:** Click on the toggle next to **'Hide my name on the leaderboard'** so that it slides to the right:

**Step 3:** Click on '**Save changes**':

You will now appear as an anonymous user on the leaderboard.

If you want your name to re-appear on the leaderboard simply toggle the **'Hide my name on the leaderboard'** button so that it is on the left then click on save changes.
