# Duplicating a listing

If you have multiple roles which are very similar, for example, one is full-time hours and the other is part-time, or a generic role which is available at each of your 'sites', you can simply duplicate a listing and edit it to fit each position.

**Duplicating a listing: a step-by-step guide**

**Step 1:** Go to '**Listings**' in the left-hand menu of your portal and search for the listing you would like to duplicate. Then click on the **3-dot menu icon** next to this advert and select '**Duplicate listing**' from the drop-down menu:

**Step 2:** The duplicate will appear in the list as '[Title] - Duplicate'. If you have more than one, you can use the search box at the top of the page to find them more easily.

**Step 3:** Click the **3 dot menu icon** on the far right of the duplicate. Then click '**edit**' in the drop-down menu:

**Step 4:** Follow the steps to edit the listing and make it fit for your other site or alternative hours. Click '**Finish**' when you have made your chosen amendments to all 4 steps:

**Step 5:** **Activate the listing** by clicking the 3-dot menu button next to your new listing again, then clicking 'Activate':

That's it! You've duplicated a listing!
