Bookmarking the Help Centre

Google Chrome

Desktop (Windows / macOS)

1. Open Chrome and go to the help centre (https://support.carefriends.co.uk/en/):

2. Click the star icon at the right end of the address bar:

3. In the box that appears, optionally edit the name and pick a folder (e.g., Bookmarks bar, Other bookmarks):

4. Click Done:

(Shortcut: press Ctrl + D on Windows or Cmd + D on macOS.)

To access the bookmark, click the three dots ⋮ in the top-right corner and hover over Bookmarks and lists:

Select Support Centre from the list to the left:

Safari

Safari macOS (Desktop)

1. Open Safari and load the help centre (https://support.carefriends.co.uk/en/):

2. From the menu bar, choose Bookmarks → Add Bookmark, or click the Share button and select Add Bookmark:

3. Choose a Location (Favourites, Bookmarks menu, a folder), edit the name if needed, then click Add:

(Shortcut on macOS: Cmd + D.)

To access the bookmark, click the Sidebar button (looks like an open book) in the toolbar, or go to Bookmarks → Show Bookmarks in the menu bar:

You’ll see your folders and saved pages. Click to open:

Microsoft Edge

Desktop (Windows / macOS)

1. Open Edge and go to the help centre (https://support.carefriends.co.uk/en/):

2. Click the star / Add this page to favourites icon at the right of the address bar:

3. Rename the favourite (optional), choose a Folder:

4. Click Done:

(Shortcut: Ctrl + D)

To access the bookmark, click the Favourites (star) icon or Ctrl + Shift + O (Windows) / Cmd + Option + B (Mac):

Your saved pages appear in a sidebar - click to open or manage them:

And that's it! You've now bookmarked the Help Centre, ready to be accessed whenever you need it 😊
