This functionality allows you to automatically send a notification, with the option to award points on their service anniversary. **❗Please note:** This automation will only work if a service anniversary date has been added to the app user's account alongside the automation being activated. **Step 1**: To find out how many users need their service anniversary added. The notification (and points if added) will be sent to the user each year on their service anniversary! 🎉 If you wish to turn this automation off, simply repeat step 7 and click deactivate.
